Nanomaterials for Agriculture, Construction and Environment
Polymer synthesis and modification can improve or develop materials to meet the requirement for either conventional products or advanced materials. The challenge for research problem is design and synthesis to meet the requirement.
My research interest is about molecular design and synthesis not only biobased materials, for example, chitin/chitosan, alginate, and polylactide (PLA) but also synthetic polymers which are bioabsorbable such as polycaprolactone and polyesters for developing polymeric additive for improve biodegradable plastics properties, composite hydrogel for wound dressing and tissue bone engineering, nanoparticle for drug or vaccine carriers.
