- Chemical food Safety
The use of LC -mass spectrometry in method development for prohibited organic residues and allergenic proteins in food samples and the development of selective magnetic molecularly imprinting technology for sorbents of some antibacterial drugs and acaricides.
The purposes of these project are to develop methods for trace residue analysis and allergenic proteins in food samples of economic value and to develop reference materials for quality control of food analyses.
